Elen, who is also answers to Laura, was a fanfiction writer long before she knew such a thing had a name. She filled hundreds of notebooks with stories inspired by classics like The Little Princess, Little Women, The Eight Cousins, and Little House on the Prairie, and television shows like Battlestar Galactica, The Equalizer, and (shamefully non-slashy) Miami Vice.

Via the Internet, she discovered that fanfiction had a name.

Readers under the age of 18 are respectfully asked to leave before Elen's scary Mean Mommy tracks them down to wash their minds out with soap, while muttering things like, 'I'll give you something to cry about . . ."
